Can't change eyebrow colours
I can't seem to change the colour of my sim's eyebrows for some reason. Even though I tried using a non-mod hairstyle, the eyebrows still stay the same colour. It only works if I choose a mod eyebrow...
@CharmB789 Hello! Can you please try testing without mods? Create a folder, perhaps on your desktop, and move all your mods and CC there. Then delete the localthumbcache.package file located in the Documents / Electronic Arts / The Sims 4 folder. Open the game and see if you're able to change eyebrow colors. If so, then there may be a conflict with one of your mods or CC.
Hi,
Sorry for the delay. I checked and it seems that it's to do with my mods or CC. And I don't know how to find the broken mod or CC that's causing the problem so that order to delete it.
@CharmB789 Hello again! The best thing to do is to test your mods/CC a little bit at a time. If you have a lot of mods/CC, the 50/50 method will help a lot.
1. Divide your mods/CC in half (maybe make a folder on your desktop to hold the half you're taking out).
2. Before opening the game with the half you're testing, delete the localthumbcache.package file located in the Documents / Electronic Arts / The Sims 4 folder
3. If the game works with that half, test with the other half. (Again, delete that cache file before opening)
4. Once you know which half is causing the issue, divide those in half and test again (delete the cache file again).
5. Repeat the process until you find the culprit.
