Can't change romantic or woohoo interest for pregnant Sim

I pondered whether or not to put this in bug reports, as I think it's unexpected behavior, but...

Since woohoo and romantic interests and whether your Sim is exploring or not is under gender customization, I can't edit that for pregnant Sims. It's not a big deal, since my Sim is only going to be pregnant for 3 days and also I don't expect it to come up unless, say, you're a rotational player right after the feature is rolled out, 😉 but... it's a thing.

(I edited the gender options of a lesbian couple before the patch was rolled out to get them pregnant and now want to mark them both as lesbians!)
