Ery_Moony Hello! I'm sorry you're having trouble with this. Maybe try getting some from the Gallery? There are a number of rooms there with plants and/or seeds. I don't know if you can just pick up the plant or if it would need to be grown and harvested. However, it's worth a try since I think the only way to get it without the DLC is through the rare seed packs and who knows when they'll show up for you.

Or you can just search for Wolfsbane / Wolfsbane Seeds and pick one to try.
Thank you so much for the Gallery link, I really appreciate your help! However, since those rooms are created using the debug cheat (bb.showhiddenobjects), it doesn't quite work for my current playthrough. I actually own all the packs, but I’m running a specific Base Game challenge where I can't use cheats or external downloads to complete collections.
I also noticed the thread was moved here to Gameplay Questions. Just to clarify, I posted it as a bug because when Wolfsbane was added to the Base Game collection tracker back in 2022, it seems the developers didn't add it to the actual Base Game seed packets or fishing drops.
Since it's physically in the tracker but cannot be found anywhere without owning the occult DLCs, it behaves like a broken collection item for anyone locked into Base Game mechanics. Hopefully, this is just an oversight that can be tracked and fixed in a future patch!
Ery_Moony Ooooh I see what you're saying. That's definitely frustrating. I've added a like to your original post and will make a comment in the main thread as well. I don't know if it will be investigated as a bug but hopefully they will look into it.
