Can't get Wolfsbane in Base Game without cheats?

Ery_Moony​ After our further discussion, I did some testing in a Base Game save on my PS5.  I purchased 20 rare seed packs (20K simoleons yikes!) and did not get one wolfsbane.  It would be great if they could just make wolfsbane seeds available for purchase and it shouldn't be a difficult change to make.  I hope the team looks into this further because this is really frustrating, especially for console players who are penalized for using cheats.
