[LD] Can't make heirlooms

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.110.311.1020 DX9
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions, game packs and stuff packs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The option to 'make heirloom' does not appear for any heirloom eligible items. This happens despite despite the fact that I have started a will and I have the 'Life and Death' expansion pack.
What happens when the bug occurs? The bug occurs every time. I have repaired the game twice, cleared the cache and even uninstalled/re-installed all the packs but the bug still occurs.
What do you expect to see? The 'make heirloom' option appears when I click on heirloom eligible objects, so that I can add heirlooms to my Sims will.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

    @grlzrul_1994 The heirloom interactions seems to have a bit of a delay until it appears.

    How long did you play in the household ? Did you also check your game options if heirlooms are turned on there ?

    I'm having this issue specifically with ghost sims even if they unlocked the "quite a journey" in the soul's journey, here's a gif of the issue, my teenager sim can easily make the tarot deck an heirloom but my ghost sim, that unlocked the "quite a journey" cannot. I'm native French though so maybe I just didn't understand the "quite a journey perks"?

    I tried with and without mods, mods aren't the issue.

    @Celinee24 Not really sure how it's supposed to work as it talks about more heirlooms.

    Maybe someone else knows.

    I have the same issue! I have never had the option to make any heirlooms, despite pre-ordering the pack. I even uninstalled the game and reinstalled it with all the packs. Nothing! And no one seems to know why this is happening.

    I'm having the same issue. I made sure I enabled heirlooms in the pack settings, and I have no option to make any item an heirloom. I even started a will just in case that was the issue, but it still didn't give me the option. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and even the EA App itself.

    NayaMasters to be sure , you also aren't using mods/cc ? Did you try turning the option off, go in to the game, go back to settings and turn them on again ?

    The "Make Heirloom" interaction is now available for all occult Sims on the active lot. Enjoy creating heirlooms with ease, wherever your Sims reside.

    Fixed in Patch 1.116.202/2.14
