Can't move, can't travel, please help!

Adding I also can't quit the game like normal. I try then eventually need to force quit

Update - I followed the instructions in the thread - "Game crashing or not loading after updating? Post here" 

I am able to play in a new save, so I started saving builds to my gallery. At some point I was getting the error below so I started saving while offline and that seemed to work. 

Based on different threads I read this is likely somehow caused by the lot I downloaded and renovated from the gallery.

In the new save, I downloaded the lot and same issue. Before the lot was downloaded my sims can move around. As soon as it gets downloaded, the sim and npcs move. They can't even move on the sidewalk. 

I did test the original lot which was a library and my sims and the NPCs can enter and use it like normal. I renovated mine into a gym and for some reason the renovated lot seems to be the issue. 

Also before testing with the problematic lot, I could exit the game like normal. Once that lot gets downloaded, need to force quit. 

The lot doesn't use any packs, just base game. 

I tried bulldozing the lot after to see if that would help with my actual game but the rest of the issues persist - cant travel with my sim or manage worlds.

• macOS version, Sequoia 15.14.1 (updated today while troubleshooting)
• memory, e.g. 16GB
• storage available, 911.31GB 994.66 GB

I know I can likely start over using items saved to gallery but the renovated gym is 4 stories and  took a lot of work, it'll break my heart if i have to restart it from scratch.

You're getting the in-game server error because you're having EA App connection issues. You should report that in the EA App Tech & Bugs forum - EA app Technical Issues & Bugs | EA Forums 

I've moved your thread to the Gameplay Issues forum as I don't believe it is a Mac specific problem, you've successfully pinpointed it to a specific Lot. Hopefully someone here will be able to help you further 🙂

The problem: My sims are currently stuck on one lot. My sims and the NPCs cannot move. I also cannot use the travel feature, teleport, spacebend, go here, go here together our use or manage worlds. Any actions are stuck in their queue and they do not move.

When i try to travel, exit or manage worlds it gets stuck on an endless loading screen and and I need to force quit

I tested using another household - the other sim could move around lots like normal. I could also exit the game like usual without force quitting. 

I loaded the lot where my sims are stuck and each time the sim and npcs got stuck and i had to force quit. 

The lot is a library i downloaded from the gallery. 

The lot and myself use 0 cc or mods. 

I converted the library into a gym. 

With the new save i created, i put the original library lot that i download down and the sim and npcs can visit the lot and move around like usual.

Atp i've lost hours if not days of progress, if i were to go back to an older save. 

I've also tried resetting each character. Repairing the game through EA. Clearing the game cache in EA. Uninstalling and redownloading the app.

At some point i also had issues uploading to the gallery on an older save and had to do so offline. 

Packs installed: My wedding stories, spa day, sleek bathroom, romantic garden, modern luxe, everyday and bathroom clutter, B&H, dream home decorator, city living, book nook, modern luxe, blooming rooms. 

The 2 most recent ones I got are book nook and modern luxe.
