Cant move forward with nature calling event.

Where are you trying to claim the rewards? From the main menu screen or in-game while playing a sim? Some rewards need to be claimed while playing as a sim, like the potions. Have you managed to claim any rewards since the event started?
Have you also made sure any mods you might have installed are updated? You can try disabling all mods and claiming the rewards just to see if it is a mod issue or not.
yes! i have deleted all my mods and tried to claim rewards both in game and main menu, i have claimed rewards before in this specific even. when i try to go in whether its in game or main menu it just says please wait and try to wait as the gnomes try to fix the failure.
I am having the same issue :'(
