Can't open The sims 4 game again due to new update

I'm having trouble getting the app to open and work when I click on the game it acts like it's about to load then just snaps out again and I really don't know what to do I took all the mods out I cle...

did you try a new save when you tested the new folder ?

Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

- Press Windows-Key + R

- Type: DxDiag

- Click on Save all Information.

- Attach the Text File to your post

I was able to do the DxDiag thing but EA only allows me to attach links and not files
