can't open
I am unable to open the game I have tried removing all mods, and removing all the DLCs didn't work either I uninstalled, reinstalled both the sims 4 and the EA app and still can't get past the loading screen

honestly same! I've been trying since yesterday and nothing fixes it, no matter how many times I try.
You both have made sure that your computers are able to run the non legacy sims 4 version yes?
Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?
- Delete the ones you have
- Trigger the error again
- Check if new ones are created
- If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.
Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.

Trust me my pc is more than capable of it. I can pretty much run any game as long as I have the space. I even went and deleted all my other games thinking my storage was the reason.
