Can't Purchase Small Business Lot

What the title says really. I have no mods or CC, downloads the Business and Hobbies pack today and when my Sim goes to purchase a Small Business Lot it brings up the "Choose a Season" menu and loops back around in that constantly so I have to exit Sims 4 completely and restart. I've restarted a couple of times and keep getting the same error.

Playing on Mac with all expansion packs but not all game/stuff packs or kits.
