Can't Read Noble Mail

Hi everyone!

I know this isn't the correct place for this; however, every time I try to submit a bug report, the page freezes, which then causes my browser to crash.  I am at a loss as to what to do.

Anyway, I'm having an issue with the Noble career, specifically the "Noble Mail". My Noble Sims can receive and collect Noble Mail, but every time I try to have them read/answer the letters, the option to read or reply isn't available in the pie menu. The only options I have available are  "Put away", "Place in world", and "Favourite." I have a throne on the lot, I have the mail in my Sims inventory, I have removed my mods, repaired my game, and still can't do anything with the letters. The only real "fix" I seem to have is to move my sim out of their home and then back in, but this is extremely annoying to do as I have had to do it at least three times now. 

I am also aware that this could be a unique issue for this household, being in existence before DL and was released or could be an issue related to my mods being out of date; however, I have since removed them and repaired the game.

Any assistance would be wonderful.
