Can't save game with two elevators in building

Hi I recently learned that I can have 2 elevators (just for looks, not functional) by building a room with one in, then copying that room.  A couple days ago this worked perfectly.  Fast forward to...

Hi crinrict,

No I don't get any error messages, I click save and then the menu disappears, I'm just back in game.  This happens no matter which save option I use (e.g. just Save/Save and Exit etc).  I've just tried on another save and have the same issue.  Also tried disabling my mods and not using CC, to no effect.
