My Sims 4 is broken and nothing will fix it.

I went to go play with one of my sims families and realized that half of the teen events for high school years is just not showing up. I exited out of my game and realized that my game is broken, repaired it and tried again. Still not working correctly. After exiting once again realized that my game was still broken; repaired it again, and NOTHING. Still broken. At this point I have tried ALL of the following:

• uninstalled the game, and reinstalled (didn't help)
• deleted EVERY mods/saved file(broke my heart)/everything, and opened the game so a new Sims 4 folder would be created (didn't help)
• deleted Origin, EA app, and sims 4 folders, redownloaded, and started fresh. (didn't help)

I have spent the last day and a half going through the Sims 4 forum, Sims 4 Mac technical issues forum, and literally any forum on here that remotely mentions something similar. Nothing I have tried worked. Please help.
