I can't complete the lady of the knit aspiration because I can't ship an item on Plopsy. I can list it and unlist it but cannot ship. There is no option when I click on thr mailbox and when I click on it in the inventory, the sim does not follow the command to ship it. It is listed as an option but does not recognize the command. The sim is on a rental lot. Please advise/fix!
i'm not sure why, but i've had this same issue on rental lots as well on a mac. what i change the rental lot to a regular residential, sell the item, and change it back to a rental again. it's a pain in the butt, but that's the only way I can figure out how to fix it so far

Have you tried replacing the mailbox ?
I did. It is just on residential rental. When I moved to a residential lot it worked fine.
