Can't use Lovestruck pack and features

*lessons appear after loading game.
If you learn more and exit out the game is frozen, even forced exit doesnt work and a full shut down of PC is required.
If you dismiss them, game continues.

1. Can not view Ciudad Enamorada.
From either new save file exiting create a sim. Or manage worlds without a sim, or with an existing sim travelling using the phone. The screen is white and world button does not function. Have to leave by exit to main menu.

2.Cupids corner will not open.
Can go on blind date.
Can go to counseling
Can deactivate
*married sims already have cupids corner, have never setup a profile.
I don't know if this is correct or not
