Good morning,
I've been recommended by EA help to post on here about my issue paying bills. I have tried every possible trouble shooting technique but nothing will work, they cannot pay their bills, no matter what I do.
I have tried
Changing mailboxes
Deleting the EA app & Sims 4
New saves
New games
Moving
Moving a sim out/in
Travelling
The phone, mailbox , PC
Deleting cache etc.
Nothing works.
Currently can't play.
To add a new save would work but my current save (legacy since 2019) will not work. Occurred after latest update. I have not been able to play since at least the start of November.

no worries, has a fix been found yet as I'm pretty new to this app and I haven't seen anything unless I'm doing something wrong
I don't think there's a solution but I'm not sure.
It's a bug that EA needs to fix so it's important to post in the bug report and upvote it so it can get fixed.
