your graphics chip isn't the strongest and the drivers are rather old. Someone else will need to assist you with these though. Can't really help there.
Was it different before ? Can you post a screenshot of your ingame graphics settings ?

yeah, it's all on low that would probably account for the blurry graphics. Did you change anything about them ?
Can you also try a game repair ?
EDIT: Just checked my game on these settings and yeah, that's what it looks like in low.

i don't remember changing anything however i did at one time download a mod that made the menu show more rows and then i deleted that mod... maybe that mod changed the graphics? that's the only thing i can think of.
what should my settings look like? like what should i change it to?
