Cas Breaking Bug

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.108.318.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into CA's in wimdowed mode and select the genetics tab to make a baby.
What happens when the bug occurs? The turn ons and turn offs overlaps the new sim UI and makes it so in wimdowed mode you cannot click it.
What do you expect to see? I expect it to not overlap.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Appeared after newest Lovestruck expansion.

As I stated above, the new expansion makes it so if you are in windowed mode and try to use the genetic tab and make a baby in CAS, it overlaps and u cannot make a baby..... I have no mods or cc installed.

    @MckinneyMini  Click somewhere else on the screen to close the Turn Ons/Turn Offs category, and only then open the Add Sim panel.

    I tested this in windowed mode just now, with the new EP installed, and it worked fine.

    I know this is months old by now but I'm also just now having this issue and clicking outside of it doesn't work for me, it's really frustrating and idk why it's not doing anything
