CAS skin detail missing

Product: The Sims 4
Platform: Laptop
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What is your current game version number? 1.105.332.1020

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get Together, Cats & Dogs, Get to Work, Parenthood, Blooming rooms, Holiday Celebration Pack and Cool kitchen stuff

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? CAS Skin Details options

What happens when the bug occurs? Unable to access some Skin Details options (brow scars, cheek scars, eye scars and mouth scars) - Option bubbles not present.

What do you expect to see? Option bubbles should be available in the CAS menu.

Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Only ccs for clothing, hair and details

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

i was trying to create an avatar that required a cheek detail and i didnt know what that was so i checked a youtube video and it shows that this person has more options on their CAS. On the images attached is: the first one with a circle (my cas) and the second (the youtubers cas)

Think it might be cause of the packs you own

Brow Details: For Rent, Get Famous

Check Details: Werewolves, Get Famous

Mouth Details: For rent, Get famous

Eye Details: Seems the icon for that is there. There's like 4 base game ones, others are werewolves and Get famous.

Sorry for not realizing earlier .. was a crazy week.

@koisthefish is this when going back to CAS from the game or when starting a new sim ?

Have you tested without any mods/cc and deleted the localthumbcache file ?

Sorry for a late reply but Both... and yes ive tried without mods.. still the same. i just currently deleted the localthumbcache file and its still the same

both, ive made new sims and didnt see the option, and going back to CAS i havent seen it either

Ohhh okay! i actually just realized i have werewolves but not installed! so ill just install it for now. thank you for the help and no problem its fine!!
