@Snail1504 Please move your mods folder to the desktop, delete Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > localthumbcache and then try again on a backup of your save to see of you can duplicate the issue on a game with no mods.
I removed my mods folder and deleted localthumbcache but the issue still persists :c

Backup your game, remove all mods and take the family to CAS to remove the extra Sims/cats.
