[CCSP] How to cut a gemstone worth 2500 Simoleon?

To complete the aspiration introduced with CCSP, it's necessary to cut a gemstone worth 2500 Simoleons. The tips are to use a cut that is obtained at the highest levels of gemmology skill (Plumbob or gnome), a rare crystal (Alexandrite, Jet, Jonquilyst, Plumbite, Rainborz or Amber) and that the sim is in a focused moodlet.
I have tried almost every combination, but I always get a gem worth 1856 Simoleon and no more...
Is there anyone who has succeeded in the achievement? My sim has many traits and I don't use script mods, just some CC hair and a couple of t-shirts.

I have one sim who completed this aspiration. If I remember correctly her skill level in gemmology was at 10 when I had her cut a gnome, but I can't remember what kind of gemstone she used.

@Gagea25 I did it! The Jet cut gnome was worth 2531 Simoleon! Thank you for your help. I suspect the Jet is the more successful crystal, because it's related to the Grim Reaper.

I currently have a full set of rare crystal gnomes (don't ask)... the Excellent ones are each worth 2531 and the normals are 1237. So it looks like any rare crystal is fine but you need the gnome to be excellent quality or better. So get focused, I guess!
(fwiw my excellent plumbite plumbob crystals are only 1856, so it's gotta be the gnome. I've only managed a masterpiece crystal once ever so you can't count on that.)
