Celebrity interaction glitch
When I attempt an introduction to a celebrity and they accept it, it won’t let me talk with them after or attempt an introduction again. It’s like a permanent state of asking for autographs or photos

You will be able to talk to them only if you have the same, or less by one star, or higher number of stars, as they have, or you are a friend what seems impossible to achievement if you do not have the bonus "very friendly" It is set by design.
There is a workaround but quite laborious and requires the use of free build code. Set karaoke and chess on the community lot. With chess and karaoke, you have the option of singing a duet and playing chess together. During these activities, the level of acquaintance is slowly built up despite the fact that you still have no option to talk to them, but they will talk to your sim.
