chat here is not showing up
when I am talking to another sim, the option to "chat here" doesn't pop up if I want to move both sims somewhere else.

This seems to be working okay for me. Perhaps you can provide more information about the sims you're trying this with, the lot type they're on, if there are any mods installed, whether this is on PC/Mac or console?
