Unable to raise and lower objects in sims 4

Hello!

I'm having trouble raising and lowering items in the Sims 4. I've used "9" to raise objects and "0" to lower objects earlier, but now as soon as I press "9" or "0" the object and screen moves to a different location on the lot. I have also tried it using the "CTRL + 9/0" but that just does the same thing!

I have enabled cheats by writing "testingcheats true" as well, but it still doesn't change anything.

I have an English keyboard btw.

I'm hoping someone here can help me.

    Sounds like you’ve stored camera positions to the 0 and 9 keys. Trash the VideoCameraStates folder in the Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 folder.

    @Likaca You're just using the wrong cheat. You don't need "testingcheats true" to move things up and down, although it's okay to have it on. You need "bb.moveobjects on" as already suggested by @Bonxie_MCCC . 

    After testing in my own game, 9 and 0 are the keys to raise and lower objects but they only do that if the MoveObjects cheat is ON. 

    With the MoveObjects cheat OFF, the 9 key moves the camera to a preset position and CTRL-9 is used to set that position. That's why your camera keeps moving. The 0 key normally functions as one of the pause keys (speed 0). It shouldn't have any effect in Build/Buy mode because the game is already paused until you go back to Live mode. CTRL-0 has no assigned function as far as I know.
