After taking a break from playing The Sims 4 on my laptop, I returned with excitement only to be met with disappointment. It seems the camera’s sensitivity has dramatically increased after entering “testingcheats true,” which has never happened to me before.

Is this a new, irritating feature or just a simple bug?

I’ve always used these console commands for minor adjustments before, but now I’m left feeling frustrated and stuck. The out-of-control spinning is driving me crazy, and I can’t seem to stop it after entering the cheat, no matter what I try. I’ve scoured the forums for any mention of this issue, but it’s like I’m the only one experiencing it. I checked the in-game settings too, but nothing there helped either. I even repaired the game through the EA app, but that didn’t fix the problem either. Honestly, I’m starting to wonder if I need to uninstall and reinstall the whole game to regain some control.

I’m merely looking for insight into this for clarification. It’s discouraging to feel so lost in a game I used to enjoy.
