Hi - I have a child account for my daughter who plays Sims4 which is acttivated to her child account.I want to buy her the outdoor expansion pack but her child account cannot access the store and my parent account when I try to buy the expansion pack does not give me a code to be used to redeem the pack on her child account!!How can this be done??

You will not be able to purchase the pack from Origin Store. The best thing I can recommend is to purchase the game from an online retailer as they would provide digital code to redeemed on your daughters account.

I too am struggling with this. THe whole Origin/EA account business is truly hopeless.

This is just not fair. I just bought an extension Pack Romantic Garden and thought it is gonna be simple to add this to my daughters children account. Now I see I lost my money. Incredible. I'm guessing no refund, huh?

How did they help specifically? did they refund your money or were they able to transfer your pack to your daughters account?

i'm having a problem finding the product code for sims4 that i downloaded today from the EA store too. Cant right-click the game in my account as indicated on your help web site and the support procedure you described wants me to call during business hours monday-saturday. so frustrating - i usually purchase my games from gamestop - i guess i should have done that this time as well...grrr

@Krackersdave2There are two ways you can do this, but you need to be friends on origin, to do it one way. The easiest way is to buy a game card that she can add to her wallet she can than use that to buy sims 4 expansion. The second one requires that she be on your friends list and say buying a gift they will than ask what origin user and the pack will be ready to download when they login. I am not sure how it works since I never really used it, but it seems the same as all the other gift orders.
