Child account - cant add expansion pack for Sims4

Apologies for the late reply. If you contact an EA Advisor, they will be able to look into this for you: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new

Note: Once on the support site, click on the flag in the top left corner and select your country.

Log in with your EA Account and choose "Origin" as product, your platform, "Manage my account" as topic and "Transfer between accounts" and describe your issue to see all available contact options.

This is just not fair. I just bought an extension Pack Romantic Garden and thought it is gonna be simple to add this to my daughters children account. Now I see I lost my money. Incredible. I'm guessing no refund, huh?

    i'm having a problem finding the product code for sims4 that i downloaded today from the EA store too. Cant right-click the game in my account as indicated on your help web site and the support procedure you described wants me to call during business hours monday-saturday. so frustrating - i usually purchase my games from gamestop - i guess i should have done that this time as well...grrr

  How did they help specifically? did they refund your money or were they able to transfer your pack to your daughters account?
