After the latest Sims 4 update: The bottom UI panel is missing, sims can't interact with another sims, phone can't be opened, happens in new game and old saves, no mods or cc intalled, clean user folder, cache deleted, repair did not fix the issue
oliviasyy22 There's only a few more things you can try. Run the repair again. Sometimes repairs don't work the 1st time or even the 2nd time. I had to repair 3 times once to get an issue to go away so try the repair a couple more times if needed. You can also try a folder reset by following the directions in this post. 📓[GUIDE] Clean User Folder Approach | EA Forums - 12690428. Finally, if nothing else works, try a full uninstall/reinstall.

HI oliviasyy22 you will probably find that you still have some files for uicheats in you sim4 directory in documents. I noticed before that sometimes there are uicheats files still there even when I have moved my mods folder. So sims 4 folder not mods folder.
