Check the aging settings to be sure they are matching (ie: all settings at normal rate).
But what comes to mind first is the game freezes aging for pregnant Sims by design. Each time female Sims become pregnant the non-pregnant Sims in the same family age the number of days equaling the length of the pregnancy. You mentioned you are playing the 100 baby challenge which means LOTS of pregnant days. That would make the aging difference much more obvious. So potentially based on current game mechanics your Sim would outlive her children.
