Action queue glitching and disappearing

So, I’ve had this ongoing problem I’m not sure what has caused it - it doesn’t seem to be any of my mods but maybe I’m wrong. Searching online hasn’t proven any results and The Sims Reddit won’t allow this post for some reason.

I recently encountered an issue with my queue. Anytime I select a sim - I’ve noticed it’s always female sims?? - after a few minutes of being paused, their queue glitches out. It completely disappears, their moodlets then glitch with the sim who is not broken. (For reference: if I have a two Sim household - one sim is glitched, the other isn’t. Their queue and toggle shows up correctly, but their moodlets will glitch over to the other sim.)

When I try exiting - even without saving in case that’s an issue - it instead causes every moodlet to turn a solid blue color and the sim to disappear in the usual area of the interface. I have no clue what to do. It’s forcing the problem into every. other. save file. It may be one of my mods, I just want to see if anyone else has had this issue / has any advice before I go through that since I have quite a few mods that took a while to properly integrate, which sucks because at least one of my save files has been unrepairable thus far. I’ve tried the reset object trick, I’ve tried removing them from the household.
