Child being taken away as neglected child

This is so frustrating, and I would like to know how can I get my child back. My child needs are filled, the only problem I can think of is she got F grade at school. But she was loved by her sister…I don’t understand why she is considered neglect child… I want my child back 😭 And even I select the first choice, I can’t see her in the game. How can I solve the problem? (I do not have Mods related to parenting, I only have **bleep**)

    It may be best to load an earlier save, then try to have her improve her school grade, to try to prevent her from being taken away.

    Rolling back to an earlier save is the other way to get child sims back. Once the game's social services takes away the child in Sims 4, they basically disappear unless you use mods that prevent it.
