Yes they have maximum green bar. They don't have great grandmother and great grandchild relationship though, so I think maybe that's why they refuse to sleep in the same bed. Hmm although I wonder does it matter since they are still caregiver and care dependent. I wonder should caregiver and care dependent be able to use the same bed at the same time.
Does it work with the grand mother ?
Yes I just tested and he can sleep in the same bed with his grandmother.

I'm unsure then if this is a bug or not.
I'll check in with a Community Manager to make the decision but it's possible that this is design.
Yes I'm unsure about it too. It could very well be by design, so that sounds fine. I wish great grandparents were like grandparents too, but unfortunately the game kind of forgets about them.
