Children and teens get automatic 3 days earned vacation

Children and teens get automatic 3 days earned vacation and i can't stop it. I tried everything i made them stop school and re-enroll them in school. i removed all my mods and deleted localthumbcache. i repaired the game. I really want to go to highschool with my sims but they cant even go to school themselves. i re-enroll them in school and it works for a minute.
