Chocolate Chip Cookies Issue

2nd week challenge: Cook Chocolate Chip Cookies.

Sim makes cookies, halfway through, puts bowl down and refuses to finish.

Waves arm around as if there is an obstacle in their way.

Anyone else experiencing this? Game has the latest update, and everything else seems to work fine. 

no cc or mods
