Why there is not an option like change outfits>career outfit? Sometimes I wish my sims could wear their career outfits a few hours before going to work, after taking a shower. Or even having an event like "work reunion" where the dress code is the career outfit where all the colleagues meet.

While there isn't a direct way to swap into your career outfit, what you could do instead is head into CAS, and set any career outfits that you've unlocked as a certain type of outfit, like Party Outfit. That way you have a quick way to swap into your career outfit through the Change Outfit option.
