Royalty and Legacy, Request Knighthood Is not working?

If anyone can help with this great and if not, I'm Just Reporting a bug. Every time I try to request knighthood with my sim the interaction goes through like its going to work but then it doesn't. I've tried this on two different sims and I have tried it without any mods so I know its not because of mods. if anyone else is having this problem and can help it would be extremely apriciated.

from time I got this EP I have not been able to get knighthood from any of the Grand Duchess or Dukes, either they try to grant me and drop que or I get " I don't think you are quite ready to take on the burden of being in the Noble Career" message. my Sim has max Skills and swordsman. run game in mod free and with mc and still i get the same thing. I'm about on my wits end with this
