CL/ LS: Sim can't visit/ apartments

annAinnoC​  Please answer these questions.   Is anyone living in the apartment you are trying to visit?  Are you able to enter the apartments in live mode to play the households living there?  Are you able to enter the apartments in build mode from the map?  What do you mean by the inside of the building is not loading?

Unfortunately that doesn't help. There aren't any bikes outside blocking anything and I can't check the inside, because I can't see the inside. 

My Sim stands outside the building and the game acts like I'm not even on the same lot, despite having traveled there explicitly. 

There's this penthouse in Lovestruck, for example: I can't even go up the elevator and just stand on the terrace. My Sim doesn't do the "I can't go there"-dance. The game just doesn't let me click there and tell them to go up there. 

annAinnoC​  Check around the building entrances to see if anything is blocking the entrance.  Bicycles are known to be the major cause of blocking those buildings and the dorms in Brichester.  While you're at it, check in front of the elevator too on the occupied floor.  I find it hard to get into the building in Ciudad E.  Finding the entry click point is not as easy as the buildings elsewhere.  I find it easier to mouse up to the elevator lobby and mouse on the floor with a go here on that one.
