Since the last patch, I've noticed two issues. First, all the Sims exhibit the clumsy trait behavior, slipping and stumbling, whether they have the trait or not. Second, my Sim can no longer list things on Plopsy. I have no mods or cc, totally vanilla.
I have the issue with no longer being able to sell things on Plopsy. Fortunately I haven't experienced the clumsy Sims.

With the clumsy behaviour, try repairing the game and see if the issue remains. If you still have issues, try testing in a new save game.

Thank you for your advice. Repairing the game appears to have fixed the very annoying Clumsy behavior. Thank you as well for the link to the potential Plopsy fix. I also have started experiencing the "ruined by water" thing.
