[CoL] Ice Cream and Popcorn recipes don't require ingredients with Simple Living

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.77.131.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All packs up to Cottage Living.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Ice Cream and Popcorn can be made with no ingredients which makes no sense if the Simple Living lot trait is active.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims can make Ice Cream or Popcorn despite having Simple Living lot challenge.
What do you expect to see? Sims should not be able to make Ice Cream and Popcorn without having ingredients to make them.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Hello.

Just to clarify - we are currently not treating this as a bug.

@GiardiniDiMarzo @LunarBritney I know this isnt cooking but. I think the pumpkin carving machine should require home grown pumkins if simple living is on (they cant be used as of now)
Obviously orange pumpkins only allowed on orange carvings, green and green, white and white. Pale yellow is a odd ball so not sure. Perhaps orange OR white?
