Deck the Palms event missing in-game
After enabling in-game surveys and restarting the game,
the “Festive Palms” event disappeared completely.

I cant participate in the Deck the Palms event asit was never available for me in the game. The Support guys said it is server issue on the EA side and I should write it here. So here it is. Hope it will be solved in time to still be able to participate 🤞

Are you able to access the Gallery, or is that not working for you either?

Yes, I can access Gallery, I even had pop up info table about the event when I started the game, but there is no event in the game for me. I tried it few times, I did also “repair” in the EA app and no luck.
The only change is the right info bubbles, no Christmas anymore. And one of the bubbles is also reminder of the event, when I click on it it doesn’t do anything. The other bubble with info about upcoming repairs on 13/1 is working without any issues. So the problem is only with the event, everything else is working well.
Do you have the event tab on the main menu, or just the news bubble?
I see the event tab on the main menu and and can open the bubble in game during play
