Constant Fighting at Restaurant

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.63.134.1220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them except Strangerville and My First Pet
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Build a restaurant in Newcrest. I gave my lot the traits, Great Acoustics, Chef's Kitchen and Natural Well. Hire staff. Open the restaurant. Watch as there are 3 to 5 fights an hour like it's Neighbourhood Brawl Day - except that it isn't. This occurs every time the restaurant is open.
What happens when the bug occurs? Once the restaurant has been opened, Sims in the restaurant randomly begin fighting one another, including the guests, the staff and the owner (who does this completely autonomously). Before and after fights, Sims are having friendly conversations with each other. The fights happen enough to seriously impact the functioning of the restaurant.
What do you expect to see? Constant fights only on Neighbourhood Brawl Day (and even then, probably at a lesser frequency). I expect to see my restaurant run smoothly without multiple fights an hour.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Please describe the patch or change you made. Sims Eco-Lifestyle and the two patches that came out the week of June 1.
