Cottage Living Dissapeared From Pack Settings/No Option To Disable Animal Aging

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? the most recent
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into game options and click on pack settings. If you have cottage living, scroll to the bottom and you should see a section for it to turn off animal aging. For me, there is no section/option for it at all.
What happens when the bug occurs? Unable to disable animal aging/farm animals die.
What do you expect to see? A section in pack settings devoted to cottage living that asks if i would like to disable animal aging.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Before the most recent update, the section/option was visible but it did not work (animals would still die even if disabled.) Since the most recent update (the one right before horsies came out) the option is gone.

I cannot find cottage living in my pack settings in game options. I want to turn off animal aging but cottage living does not appear at all as an option and hasn't since the most recent update.

I have repaired the game, removed all mods, uninstalled + reinstalled and it will not show up in game options/pack settings at all. Is this an issue other people are also experiencing??
