Could i download mods from pc and use a usb drive to put the mods on xbox one?

So I have found a usb thumbdrive (and I'm new to ts4) so I found about mods and cc and I was wondering if I could somehow plug a usb thumbdrive into a computer then download the mods from computer to thumbdrive and than plug thumbdrive into my xbox one and have the mods???
