Cozy Celebrations: 'Document the research' not availble

Im trying to finish todays cozy celebrations tasks and there is literally no option to "document the research" i found to jasmine on the computer for my sim??? like its literally not there. I restart...

I had the same problem but I fixed it by taking control of a different household and making them do it

    @SadLemonB0i Me too. I found if I went into a different save file this seemed to work
