Cozy Celebrations: 'Document the research' not availble

Im trying to finish todays cozy celebrations tasks and there is literally no option to "document the research" i found to jasmine on the computer for my sim??? like its literally not there. I restart...

I was having this problem too and the interaction showed up after I unlocked the new jacket reward.

I did this, then went back to main menu, and when I loaded back into the game the option was finally there.
