Create a date through Cupid's Corner UI is blank

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.109.207.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions, all game packs except Journey to Batuu, all stuff packs except Crystal Creations
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into Cupids Corner, save a sim, in the saved tab try to create a date
What happens when the bug occurs? I get a blank UI to create a dinner party with no description or other options. If I click the tick then nothing happens. I
What do you expect to see? I should be able to create a date.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

As above, I try to create a date through Cupid's Corner, I get a blank UI. I understand this was previously reported as fixed in a previous report but this is still happening for me. I seem to still be able to create a blind date.
