Created Jewelry MIA

I have sent my sims to make jewelry twice. Both times she finishes, but then it doesn’t appear in her inventory, in CAS, or in the table’s inventory. Won’t allow me to create new pieces, just says “table must be empty first”. I deleted the table and bought a new one to make the second piece. 

Any suggestions? Is this a bug?

Please note I do not have any mods or cc.

    @kbur07  Between the size of the jewelry and the patterns on the table, I also have difficulty even seeing it’s there sometimes. But if you zoom in, as @jpkarlsen says, it will just be sitting on the table.
