Creepy Compatibility
I have a very creepy issue my adult sim walked passed a child sim and it tells me we have good compatibility is that normal. I don't like.
@mhoney “Compatibility” from Growing Together just means similar personalities/interests so that two sims have a better chance of getting along - so an adult who likes energetic sims and jokes will be more likely to get along with an active goofball kid than a lazy genius kid - that’s good compatibility. Of course, friendship gain will still be handicapped by the age difference, so your adult sim will make friends faster with another adult with good compatibility than with a kid with good compatibility. But if, say, your sim family’s uncle comes for a stay over and has good compatibility with 1 of your 3 kids, they’ll get along better with that 1 and raise friendship with them faster than their siblings.
Now if your sim was showing positive or negative attraction (from Lovestruck) towards a kid, that would be a major issue.
