Crowdad quarter

I cannot load the crowdad quarter lots. The 3 coming from the right to the left. The last one on the left is fine though. I’m not sure why or what’s going on but my game freezes everytime I try to travel or build there.

i added a pic below. I tried to see if downloading from the gallery while in world mode would help but it’s been loading for over 10 minutes
