Crystal Creations Jewellery not coming off

So when the jewellery is drained im taking them off to charge, but if I've selected to wear on all outfits (as I found after choosing a specific outfit they were showing up on all anyway) & the necklace in particular isn't even in my sims inventory anymore it is still on her outfits. 

Im also finding now that no rings show up anymore whether it is the crystal creations ones or just base game, it says they're being worn but it's invisible on my sim, it's on-off also happening with bracelets.

I know it was a issue with the friendship bracelets but I'm only having it go wrong with the crystal creations jewellery
